My family bought some gold for my sister's birthday.We bought ornaments worth 2 lakh 15 thousand.(a purchase of 1 Lakh + 1 lakh 15 thousand). While billing my personal phone number was used for billing. I don't have a pancard.
My query is that will there be any issues related income tax related to the purchase as my personal number was used. I don't file itr and is concerned.
