I am an individual and i have employed 15 persons whose salary is 9000 per month. Can I make payment in cash and avail deduction of salary paid as business expenditure. Is EPF mandatory to be paid as i am not a company.

If I rendered services from March 1 - March 31 2022. Raised invoice on April 2, 22, and received payment on Apr 15, 22. In which quarter and year should the GST be paid, submitted and accounted for. Thanks

You can raise invoice in April 2 and considered it Fy 2020-23 subject to certain condition.

Since you raised the invoice in April 2022, then you can pay the GST liability on it while filing a GST return for April 2022.

How to check better option for tax saving for new financial year. Shall I go with old Regime or shall I select New Regime. Package is more than between 20 - 30 LPA. Also there is no PAN number for Rented accommodation. Can someone suggest better.
