I have signed a FILLIP form recently. What should be filled in Figures/value section in context to FILLIP form? It should be zero or what? Also, What if a CA in practice generates UDIN for any document for which it was not required? Are there any penalties to it? Thanks

If the CA was not required to generate UDIN for certain document and he generated it by mistake he can always revoke it as the option is available at UDIN website you can go through webcast of ICAI on same.

I think you can do this by simple executing a Gift deed as your father is transferring land to you.
