Am salaried person and opted for old tax regime. I would like to know, can we claim deduction under section-10 for meal vouchers and conveyance allowance along with standard deduction?

No they cannot be claimed under new regime.

You can form Company/LLP/partnership Firm or proprietorship firm and commence your business of digital marketing. Degree is no bar at all. However selection of appropriate type of organisation from the above mention types is very important considering tax implication, costing & compliance issues.
