Hi, I have bought a flat in Pune of amount 57,39,210. My agreement date is 16th Dec 2020. I have paid own contribution of Rs 18,98,023 at different times till Dec 10. I have created a loan of 43,00,000 out of which first disbursment paid 18,20,984 to builder on 27 Jan 2021. While filing my Form26QB i.e. TDS on property purchase, What will be my date of payment and date of tds deduction?
Sec 194-IA deals with TDS on sale of immovable property. Under this section TDS is to be deducted @1% at the time of credit of such sum to the account of the transferor or at the time of payment of such sum whichever is earlier on sale of immovable property.

Apart from several other items provided under section 80C, a taxpayer can claim deduction under section 80C in respect of premium on life insurance policy paid by him/it during the year.
