Respected Sir / Madam,
I have a query on claiming IT deduction under 80C for Stamp Duty and Registration payment for purchase of a new flat in Pune (Maharashtra).
Myself and my wife , we both are co-owners. Both of our names are in Index 2 of the agreement as co-owners.
However, only my wife's name is there on the Registration and Stamp Duty payment receipts.
Can we both still claim 1.5 lakh deduction each for tax deduction under 80 C ?
Kindly please clarify

I have a GST Number registered on my name/account( registered as proprietorship). Later I even worked as consultant for a IT company. So the company paid me my salary per month and even deducted TDS. Now my CA says I should even pay 18% gst every month over the salary I received in my account. Is is correct? Is there any way to claim it back? as I worked for 3 months as consultant from (March 2021 to May 2021) and while filling returns for the financial year 2021-2022 my CA informed me about it. Pls suggest me.

and I have incurred huge loss in share market in 2018 and 2019 but didn't reported that in those ITR. But for 2020-2021 and 2021-2022, I've generated profit which is though less than the loss incurred in previous years. Is there any way to save tax on this or carry forward previous losses ?

If Person A have 5 credit cards having total credit limit of Rs. 5 Lakh then 1) should that person A pay any tax due to having those 5 credit card with total credit limit of Rs. 5 Lakh ? 2) Should that person mandatorily file ITR ?

It is not mandatory but it would be good to file ITR. Please contact caganeshkakani@gmail.com Mob 9420683637

No, it is not mandaory to file ITR. But for getting the Rs. 5 Lacs limit of Credit Cards you have to justify that your Total Income is less than the basic exemption limit of Rs. 5 Lacs.
