You can run start your business by either registering a Company or even as a proprietorship firm also. For proprietorship firm initially no specific registration required, however for a company you have to get it registered separately. With regard to income tax, proprietorship firms have to pay taxes as per the slab rates applicable to individuals and for Companies, the tax rate is 25%.
