Sir or Madam, can someone help me clarify if it is mandatory to maintain bills when building a commercial property using one's own money without taking any loans? Moreover, all transactions with the builder are done online (bank to bank) and there are no cash transactions.

For the FY 2021-2022, I had an outstanding demand of INR 12200 which I already paid during filing ITR in July' 2022. However, I am receiving a reminder on my email that I have an outstanding amount to pay and also interest is added on that too. Can someone advise me what to do on this? I have already raised a grievance on the ITR website

If x amount is withdrawn from the current account to the savings account (both accounts are of the same proprietor) and the same amount is redeposited back to the current account. Will it be considered a reverse entry or a fresh capital added? Little confused about how it can be considered?

My father expired some days ago and the money from his Savings account, FD's were transferred to my mother's account who was mentioned as nominee everywhere. From my knowledge, my mother will not have to pay taxes on the money received in her account, but I wanted to know if my mother transfers a certain amount to me from the total received amount, will I have to pay taxes on the amount I received from her or is there any maximum amount that can be transferred by my mother to me tax free ?
