I have property yet to be registered. Is it ok if add my father(a pensioner) as co owner at time of registration ? And do I need to get a gift deed done ? Will the rent incurred in my father’s name over joint account reflect in my tax returns ?

Is there any need to register separately for IEC (importer exporter code) once you register for GST?

I read that IEC registeration is not required if someone gets registered for GST. Could someone please confirm this

In my opinion IEC is required by the importer and exporter for custom clearance.

I bought a land in Jan 2021 and the amount paid for it was less than the (DLC RATE or circle rate), Below are my question in connection to above
1. will the difference in amount paid will be considered as my capital gain
2. If yes to point 1, how this will be calculated (like any flat rate of 15 or 20 %)

If you have bought land below the DLC rate then the balance amount would be considered as your income from other sources under section 56.

Yes if you purchase any property less than the circle rate then the difference between th circle rate and the sale consideration paid will be your income from other sources.
