I am looking to start a small fintech company with a investment of 10-20 lakhs. the primary business of that company will be giving unsecured loans below 50 thousand. do i any license for it. if yes what type of license do i have to apply.

You need to register with RBI because after a recent ordinance of government to stop unregulated deposit you need to now register your deposit scheme with RBI and then do such business.
