Hi Team,
I have a query while filing ITR2 for AY 2019-20.
I was NRI for FY2018-2019 (as I was outside India for more than 182 days) and was getting salary in foreign country.
I know I need not pay tax on my foreign income as I was NRI. But I wanted to check if this foreign salary income needs to be declared in the Schedule EI (Exempt Income), Section 5 "Income not chargeable to tax as per DTAA"?
Is foreign salary income for NRI not taxable due to DTAA or any other reason?
Thanks and Regards,
Naveen Bohra

I have been filing ITR4 for the last four years as a professional under 44ADA. In dec 2018, I set up a One person company where I am the director. There was no incoming income in the company during the last financial year. But I understand this year, I need to fill ITR3 instead of ITR 4 because I am a professional under 44ada and also a director of a company.
To open the company, I made some expense. There were also rental and other operational expenses that I paid.
How do I reflect that in ITR3?
I have filled BP section normally like I used to fill in ITR4, but I am not clear on what info I need to fill for my company in ITR3.
You dont need to show anything in ITR 3 for your company.
Your companies return would be filed separately in ITR 6 and you also need to file return with MCA for companies.
