Hi I need to get a purchase invoice to submit in Amazon. I am a new seller there. I do not know anything about tax and invoices. I have got my gst and fssai licence.
I made few purchases of raw materials paid by card but did not take bill/purchase invoice. It's been 2 months now but I need it now. Is it possible to get the invoice from the vendor i made purchase last time if yes, than what should I tell him to get the invoice.
Pls help me with detailed answers.
Thankyou.
You can contact your vendor to issue a revised invoice in your firm's name. Since you have not collected the invoice from your before 2 months it might have made a cash transaction bill which he can revise it now and issue the same in your firm's name.
CA Naman Maloo 10 Jan 2020Yes you can get the invoice now as well by telling him about the date when you made the purchase he would have surely generated the invoice.
Why is Amazon asking about an invoice.
I think there's something wrong you are understanding.

I am working in a PSU. My company is deducting INR 2000 per month for 20 such months for a mandated post retirement medical scheme but is not extending the benefit under any saving or medical scheme. What can I do?
Since it is a post retirement benefits how will you get the benefits right now. Moreover it is a voluntary scheme(in most psu's), so if you dont want to carry forward suh scheme you can opt out of the same.

5 month back I started a new Freelancing job and got project worth 28 lacs till March 2020. All payment done till now is directky to my bank account with TDS 10% by the paying firms. As the financial year is ending in just 3 month, should i need to raise a GST number for invoicing or is there any other way to avoid heavy taxes.
What will happen if i take full 28lacs into my personal bank account? will it be considered a general income and will come under basic income tax law? Is there a way to avoid that.
GST is required as the professinal receipt exceeds INR 20 Lakhs. Further, to the same you also need to evaluate your tax liability (Income Tax) and make advance tax payment accordingly. For professional advice, you can connect at +91 9830375894 or mail me at canavinjain1@gmail.com
CA Naman Maloo 6 Jan 2020You will need GST registration because you must be looking to save some tax by showing it as professional income and if you do that and show such turnover you are liable to take GST registration and raise GST invoice.
For more professional assistance feel free to contact me at canamanmaloo@gmail.com
You will be required to have GST Registration as your Turnover for a financial year exceed 20Lacs. Plus if you take registration you will be able to get Input Tax Credit for your related purchases. Also since there is a deduction of TDS on your revenues there is no way you can escape but have a registration for your firm. For taking all the amount in your personal account, i would suggest you to have a current account in your firm's name after taking a registration for GST and do transaction from that account only.
